"I have just experienced the wonderful Serenity Spring Cleanse - the treatment consisted of a refreshing back brush and scrub, then a relaxing back massage followed by a facial with a scalp massage. It was a real treat! I am always made to feel welcome and relaxed at Serenity and there are always little added extras, with plenty on the menu to choose from.
